Norion Bank, through the brand Walley, provides the banking services that can be used on Walley’s website and app. This accessibility statement applies to our interfaces and describes how the services meet the requirements of the Swedish Act (2023:254) on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services. All services provided on this website are used via self-service.

 

Relevant Accessibility Requirements

All banking services on Walley’s website and app must be easy to perceive, understand, and use. To ensure that the services are accessible, Walley complies with the EN 301 549 standard and WCAG.

 

Method for Ensuring Accessibility

The accessibility of the service is continuously monitored using automated tools. The service has also been tested on various devices and with manual testing methods to ensure functional quality.

Some issues remain on individual views for screen readers and zoom levels, which we are working to resolve. However, overall, our interfaces support screen readers, keyboard navigation, text size adjustments, contrast settings, and zoom levels without losing functionality.
